GPSCOE is a consortium of five universities (University of Oklahoma, Oklahoma State University, Kansas State University, Langston University and Pawnee Nation College) that works under the guidance of a stakeholder advisory group to extend research and technical assistance capabilities through a network of academic, public, and private partners addressing stormwater challenges in the Great Plains region.
